Personal Chef Services

Your personal chef designs a menu based on your taste and dietary preferences. Available options include vegan, vegetarian, raw, or micro biotic diets. Food is purchased each morning before we arrive at your house to cook for the day. Meals are fully prepared and left in reusable containers, ready to eat or reheat for up to five days.

First, an initial interview is conducted to discuss meal styles and any food allergies. Preferably this meeting will take place at the client's residence, so the kitchen can be toured at this time. Sample menus will be provided along with a questionarre of equipment. A one-time fee for Pyrex dishes and tupperware containers may be necessary, and these are the clients to keep.

It will take the personal chef several hours to prepare the food, so the kitchen must be available for the entire day. In the evening, the kitchen will be cleaner than when we arrived, and the house will smell like home cooked food. Labels and complete heating instructions will accompany each dish.

Pricing is based on the cost of food, which fluctuates depending on the number of people eating and consumption of fish, poultry, and meats. Labor starts at $150 for a minimum of three hours, with a fee of $50 per additional hour. Other groceries can be purchased upon request, such as breakfast items, snacks, beverages, and cleaning supplies for $30 plus cost.
